About Me

Dr Lee-Anne Meleagrou-Hitchens

I am a London-based chartered counselling psychologist offering psychology services in Holborn, London and Sutton, Surrey. I have over a decade’s experience of working in a range of health care settings within mental health. In my therapeutic practice, I adopt an integrative approach which means I use various techniques from different kinds of therapy depending on what a client might want or need from therapy. I have extensive training in several different therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), humanistic approaches, psychodynamic psychotherapy, schema therapy and mindfulness techniques. Through the integration of different therapeutic approaches, I support clients to increase their self-awareness and to create meaningful change in their lives. This work includes examining the link between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, exploring difficult relational dynamics, establishing the patterns that may be unhelpful and/or hindering progress and developing practical strategies to address challenges. I provide support to adults of all ages.
